Gauger + Associates updated Thaiwala’s brand graphics and packaging, then helped expand the product line, making it more competitive and consumer friendly. The digital advertising and package design has won four national awards, including the American Package Design Award and the American Advertising Federation’s Addy Award.
One of the challenges was helping consumers understand how to recreate the traditional taste of Thai Tea at home. We used motion control photography and laser activated slow-motion video to create eye-catching appetite appeal. The advertising campaign helped support markets with strong distribution.
Collateral and point of sales displays were created for trade shows, food service and retail. Social media was deployed to support brand loyalty and expanded usage. The addition of Matcha and Brown Sugar Tea Latte opened up the brand’s footprint in the milk tea category.
